Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated to match your postcode via Australia Post's eParcel system.
Both Express and Regular Parcel Post options are available.
Sharpe Special Tooling has implemented a 'SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY' policy to enable accurate parcel delivery.
Sharpe Special Tooling are not responsible for any parcels that have been left in a safe place at the delivery address without a 'SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY'
If parcels are not successfully delivered (SIGNATURE NOT GIVEN TO AUSTRALIA POST), parcels are deemed UNDELIVERED. A red card will be left in your letter box stating that the parcel is available for pick up from your local post office. If the parcel is unclaimed from your local post office within 2 weeks of the failed delivery, the parcel will be RETURNED TO SENDER - as per Australia Post Policy.
On receiving a RETURN TO SENDER parcel, Sharpe Special Tooling are not responsible to resend to parcel without first charging a shipping and handling fee of $5 + the postage rate for the delivery.
